Blasting up to the number 3 spot on our list is the game Rust, from developer Facepunch Studios. Rust started as an early access title all the way back in 2013, and got an official release in 2018. It always had its fans but what happened last month was a surprise even to the developers themselves. Several well-known streamers started their own server and the game got a massive boost in views, that then converted to downloads and new players. Twitch stats show the game reaching a peak of over 1.3 million viewers last month, the highest peak on our list.
